Ibrahim A. Badran Charitable Foundation

In the memory of Ibrahim A. Badran, his family & friends decided to create a Charitable Foundation under Ibrahim’s name to promote medical care for the unfortunate, because they believe that this was Ibrahim’s dream and motive for 27 years:

“Sacrificing his life and time to save other people’s lives.”

IBF PRODUCTS

As an alternative to donating or participating in IBF medical convoys, the foundation decided to have a variation of products people can buy where a percentage of the proceed goes to the charity.

IBF products vary from notebooks, pins, flash drives to towels and calendars. The idea is always have motivational quotes or words which give people positivity in their day, the quotes are usually accompanied by one of the foundations medical icons, as seen.

Medical Convoys

At the core of IBF endeavours is their signature monthly Medical Convoys. Conceived to overcome the gap between proper healthcare and the underprivileged patient, the IBF Medical Convoy of specialised doctors, nurses, and support staff travels to areas outside of Cairo to provide medical relief to marginalised communities.

Their very first convoy comprised 5 doctors and 6 helpers and 400 patients were treated that very first day. Today they are growing and are proud to travel with approximately 90 volunteers and counting!
